Coaching

Although my background includes extensive psychological training, my coaching practice is entirely non-clinical. It is designed for individuals who are functioning well in their day-to-day lives but are looking to enhance their performance, achieve meaningful goals, or navigate important life transitions with greater clarity and purpose.

People often seek coaching when they want motivation, direction, or a fresh perspective. As a life coach, I work collaboratively with you to identify the goals you want to work toward and the changes you would like to create. I draw on approaches such as goal setting, emotional resilience, mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing techniques, and solution-focused strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

My coaching style is future-focused, goal-oriented, and fully tailored to your individual needs. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who are looking to gain clarity, build momentum, or make meaningful changes in their personal or professional lives. These one-hour sessions can be scheduled on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, offering consistent support as you navigate everyday challenges and pursue personal growth. Sessions provide a confidential space to explore areas such as:

  • Interpersonal relationships

  • Goal setting and achieving goals

  • Developing personal strengths

  • Building emotional resilience

  • Enhancing job satisfaction

  • Overcoming procrastination

  • Cultivating inner contentment

  • Social confidence and communication skills

  • Navigating life transitions
