Therapy
My approach provides a warm, reflective space where you can build practical skills to support and strengthen your mental health. I also explore the deeper patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that often originate in early life. Developing insight into these underlying processes can increase self-awareness and help you feel more empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
I offer one-to-one therapy sessions (60 minutes), either face-to-face in my Northampton consulting room or online via Zoom. We begin with an initial assessment, which allows me to understand your individual needs and what you hope to gain from therapy. The number of sessions that follow will be guided by your goals and the progress you feel you are making.

In my clinical work, I draw on a range of psychology-based, evidence-informed approaches. Everything I use is grounded in research, ethical practice, and methods shown to be effective. My work is guided by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), which I review regularly to ensure my practice remains up-to-date.

The interventions I draw from include Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also integrate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills where helpful.
